I own an Intel I7 9700k, a 2060 RTX graphics card, and an Asus ROG motherboard. I’m not very experienced fixing things, but I recently swapped out my CPU and motherboard—I previously had an i5 without overclocks.

I’m not used to fixing problems myself, but lately I’ve had a lot of troubleshooting steps ahead of me. My goal is to stay calm and patient. First, I’d lower all graphics settings to low or off and check if the game still crashes while streaming. Also, make sure to play for about 15-25 minutes during streaming.

I use the weakest options in Fortnite, limited to 120 frames, but it freezes after just 15 minutes

Cap at 60 frames and check for crashes. If stable, run another 15 minutes to test further.
