3700x, rx5700xt, 32gb ddr4 3600mhz, 1440p freesync display, game running on WD blue sata ssd High settings, full screen at 100% render scale. All drivers are current, Windows updates are up to date. Every few seconds I experience a significant frame drop, followed by a return to normal. It occurs consistently. I remain still and observe the performance plummet from 110fps to 45fps. CPU and GPU utilization remain stable. RAM usage has reached over 16gb. Task manager shows no unusual spikes during these events. CPU temperatures peak at 65°C, GPU temps at 70°C. This issue hasn’t happened on my previous system (3600x, 5700xt, 16gb ddr4 3200, 1080p with same settings). I’m unsure what to do. Most solutions involve the NVIDIA control panel, which isn’t available for my AMD card. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Consistently the same issue for me, repeatedly dropping to 15 fps or lower every few seconds. No overheating. Extremely annoying.

Which GPU are you utilizing? I believe I've resolved the issue.

I've encountered a similar problem. There are no frame drops, but stutters appear in Warzone after one or two games. Drivers are current, no thermal throttling, and internet issues aren't present (though I can't confirm). GPU and CPU performance seem normal. It seems the frame counter isn't showing any drops. Usually, restarting the game resolves it, which is a quick temporary solution.

I don’t have any personal problems with my 2080ti. It might be a driver-related issue. You could try using DDU and reinstalling the latest driver from AMD.
