Hi Guys,
I own a desktop with the following specifications:
- Intel i7 3.4GHZ
- Asus P8P67 Pro motherboard
- Zotac GTX 560 1Gb
- Cooler fan
- 8 GB RAM
- Windows 8 (64-bit)
- 4 TB HDD
- Cooler Master PSU RS 700 PCAA E3
It has been running smoothly for about eight months until it suddenly stopped while playing FIFA. When I turned it back on, it displayed an overheating warning. After waiting around 30 minutes, it restarted and worked fine, but it would shut down automatically if I played any game longer than 30 minutes. Even when idle, the PSU made strange noises like a motor running. I suspect there might be dirt inside the PSU fan, which could be causing the issue. Since I’m not familiar with hardware, I’d really appreciate your advice.

It seems like a frustrated message. The person is suggesting checking a potentially dead or failing fan to identify the issue.
