Game halts following Trevor's abuse.

I'm experiencing problems with GTA V. The game freezes right after completing Trevor's mission. I'm playing on a system with Intel i5-10400, 32 GB Vengeance RAM, 3200 MHz Nvidia GTX 1650, 250 GB NVMe SSD, and a 1 TB WD Sata hard drive. I've tried lowering the resolution settings online, but the issue persists after the first torture session. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Reinstall the software; the problem doesn’t appear to be hardware-related and it stops only at one location while functioning elsewhere.

I reinstalled GTA V again, but the same issues persist. It keeps getting stuck in one area, preventing progress past the mission.

The story mode in GTA 5 by the book continues to have problems. Website support from Rockstar isn't resolving the issue.
