Windows 10 64 Bit 650W RTX 2070 Super R7 2700X 1TB SSD When I run any game, it freezes for a few seconds, while audio and other features like Discord work perfectly. My GPU usage often drops to zero, which triggers the freeze. I’ve tried everything possible to diagnose the issue—factory reset twice, checked forums, but nothing works. This has been going on for about two years now. I’m really frustrated and need help.

Check if your apps support hardware acceleration and whether it’s enabled. Verify if games and the operating system/apps are on the same physical drive. Just checking a few possibilities.

Discord and Chrome both run efficiently on hardware, and the game example is stored on the same drive. This issue occurs with every game I play, regardless of graphics intensity.
