Hey there, welcome! I see you've been dealing with some persistent PC problems since the 4090 upgrade last year. You've upgraded your whole rig to high-end parts and still face frequent BSODs and crashes. The shop said it was a RAM issue, so you replaced the RAM and things have improved a bit but not completely. You mentioned some error codes like 'KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED', 'BAD_POOL_HEADER', and 'SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION'. Your specs are pretty detailed—Zotac Trinity RTX 4090, i9-13900K, 32GB TridentZ, and so on. You also have custom PSU cables and some Wi-Fi setup. If anyone can help, that would be really appreciated. Thanks ahead!

Visit C:\Windows\Minidump to see if any minidump files exist. If present, return to the Windows directory and transfer the entire Minidump folder to the Downloads folder (use your desktop if needed). Compress the copied folder and include it in a post. Please adhere strictly to instructions since Windows doesn't allow file manipulation there.

Check RAM performance by setting it to 3200 and observing any crashes. If issues persist, the CPU memory controller might be involved. Also consider updating the BIOS, as you're running several outdated versions.

So I've experimented with a few setups and hope it clarifies the issue. This is now the second RAM kit I've tried in this build, facing similar problems, though they were more severe initially but improved over time. The first kit wasn't listed as supported for my motherboard, so I switched to this one, which seems to have made a small difference. I updated the BIOS without fixing the crashes—just the game still crashes occasionally. Initially, I set the RAM speed to 3600MHz, which caused stability issues, so I adjusted it to 3200MHz as you recommended, allowing me to boot without problems. However, I'm still encountering the 'Out of video memory' error despite having a 4090 slot. This game is Fortnite, which I know shouldn't be played in 2023.

If you can eliminate the RAM, the CPU becomes the most likely culprit.

This conclusion is based solely on the dump files.
