I've submitted five tickets on Activision Support, but none have responded. Two threads have stopped working, making this my final option. When I attempt to launch the game, I select my options (Audio and Display—uncertain what that means) and it crashes with "Direct X encountered an unsolvable error." I've filed three separate tickets, yet no replies have come through. I've cleared my cache, emptied the Battle.net folder, reinstalled the game multiple times, uninstalled all drivers via DDU (not in safe mode), and even disabled my laptop monitor, but the issue persists. It crashes whenever I switch between full screen and windowed mode. The error message is: "My specs are: Intel I7 8750H 16GB 2400MHz RAM RTX 2070." Sorry if this isn't the right place to post.
