Hey everyone! I’m facing a really frustrating issue with Dragon Age: Inquisition. After playing for about an hour this morning, I tried to launch it again but it crashed repeatedly—multiple windows popped up or the game froze and crashed during startup. I’ve checked that my drivers are current and only installed the game last night, so everything should be up-to-date. I’ve also tried repairing the game in Origin and running it with admin rights, but nothing worked. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

It's confirmed, only in Battlefield 4 does everything work as expected. DA:I won't access the main menu at all.

Did you attempt to execute it in mantle? The path is damaged. Reinstall and use dx11 instead.

I resolved it and believe the issue stems from Mantle. If others have tried this, removing the whole game isn’t needed. My fix was to remove the file containing all your settings (ProfileOptions), located in: Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save
