You just started the game and upgraded it to 1Gb speed. When you click play, the app crashes with an error (0xc000007b). Your PC specs are: Nvidia GTX 770, 6GB RAM, Corsair Vengeance memory, MSI X79A-GD45 (8D).

It seems your PC isn't powerful enough for smooth performance. You'll need at least a 5960x with dual 980s to run AC Unity at 30FPS with low settings and 1080p resolution.

You purchased AC Unity because you planned to save funds for BF Hardline, which is expected to release in 4 to 5 months.

That was just a joke. Ubisoft is overstating the requirements. Your setup should handle most recent titles smoothly at 1080p with high frame rates... Yet we're dealing with poor optimization here.

I'm a huge admirer of the Assassin's Creed series, but BF isn't really my favorite.

It's still enjoyable to enjoy the game since I waited two months and received the Notre Dame edition. The same issue appeared when trying to launch Shadow of Mordor, as people had to wait three weeks for the patch so those with significant PC issues could still play.

Consider removing it to free up space, just hold on a bit while a fix is being released. (Avoid AC:U—seems unoptimized and possibly limited in frame rate.)

In fact, a forum admin who manages this anime site has been expressing frustration. He claims the game runs poorly (with 4670 non-K, GTX 770, and 8GB RAM—though I’m not entirely sure about the RAM). He also mentioned being quite disappointed that he paid $60 for a game with microtransactions, even though the game itself has them.
