Hi, your brother is facing problems with GTA V after downloading it from Steam, especially in story mode where it crashes. He uses a different system than you—Intel Core i7 6700K, NVIDIA GTX 1080 EVGA Edition, 16GB DDR4 RAM.

He also can't reach the settings; it feels similar to me, but it immediately switches into story mode.

He accomplished that, unfortunately. I’m also facing the same issue, though mine is different. My friend has identical items and can play GTA V. No need to overclock the CPU—AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core, 5000+ GPU, NVIDIA GT 730 RAM, 4GB DDR2.
