Hello, I just set up a new computer and it functions well for everyday office tasks. However, games are causing issues. I first installed Windows 11, but two titles would close automatically. After checking, I disabled data execution prevention and it resolved the problem. Another game also closed on its own. I reinstalled Windows 10, but the issue continued. I installed all drivers, reinstalled Microsoft Visual C++ and ran several system cleanup commands, but nothing helped. I followed the troubleshooting steps from the provided link. I’ve attached two examples of errors seen in the event viewer (some in Spanish). Thank you.
