Hello everyone, I'm reaching out with a lot of urgency after searching online. Over the past couple of weeks, I've been experiencing random crashes or freezes while playing games. The issue starts with the screen freezing, then the sound plays for a bit before the entire PC becomes unresponsive. After a restart, Event Viewer shows numerous warnings—most notably: "Failed to read KSR data - disk 1 sector 5b3 operation 0 status c0000225." This error appears only on the first two disks, which are actually part of a RAID setup. Despite this, games don't run smoothly from these drives during the crash. The last incident occurred today while playing a game on a different drive, and no data from the RAID SSDs was used. I haven't encountered any other errors yet.

Hardware details: ASUS ROG STRIX B550-A GAMING with AMD B550 (BIOS 2803), AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, 2x16GB at 3600Mhz, CL16 from G.Skill, Radeon RX 6900 XT (driver 22.10.3), plus Samsung 980 PRO 250GB and 970 EVO 1TB (firmware 5B2QGXA7 and 2B2QEXE7). I also have two MX500 500GB SSDs in RAID0 with Corsair RM850X.

I recently updated Windows, reinstalled drivers, fixed the BIOS, ran chkdsk, and searched extensively for solutions. Before a full reimage, could anyone explain what's going on? It seems like there might be a problem with the GPU—especially since the screen freezes first. The SSDs are mainly used for temporary files, short tasks, and infrequent games. If you've noticed similar issues, please share any logs or details. I'm trying to figure this out, but the behavior points more toward the graphics card than the storage drives. Thanks in advance for your help!
