My games stop working when the XMP profile is active. I've adjusted the RAM frequency to 6000 and 5800 MHz manually, but crashes persist. The system runs smoothly without XMP and at 4800 MHz RAM. Should I set the RAM to 6000 MHz without XMP or lower it further to 5600 or 5400 MHz? Also, might changing the timings or voltage help with stability?

Because the XMP profile was created for Intel and not the EXPO version for AMD Ryzen, it wouldn't be reliable. You might want to check the settings for a similar EXPO RAM and adjust them yourself.

It would have been wise to purchase the Trident Z5 Neo for the Expo.
