Game crashes when running under stress (Apex/Warzone)

I recently shared my experience with CPU overheating problems, which have now been fixed. In the past few months I've faced issues where my PC restarts after playing games for a short time or after launching several titles (often encountering a Starvation error in Apex). Now it only shuts down when entering the game lobby, even after downloading shaders. My system is freezing right at the lobby entry and then restarts completely. I'm using an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X with an EVGA 3080FTW and a NZXT Z73 setup with Corsair products. These specs shouldn't cause such problems. Any advice would be helpful! What model and power rating does it have? It might be sensitive to voltage fluctuations—this could happen if the PSU has worn out or if you upgraded the cooling setup.

I've owned this Corsair RM1000x for several years—possibly four—and I think the problem might lie with the cables or connections.

Did you review the system view to identify any particular errors during shutdowns? Were there tools used to monitor resources prior to a crash? Are any limits being reached?

This power supply is quite reliable, and I believe it can last several years. I'm not dismissing it just yet, but it seems like the spikes are causing issues.

Your PSU is oriented in a specific way, with the fan drawing suction from a particular point. You might test it by setting power limits at around 75% of its TDP and observe any effects. This can help identify issues.
