I’m sharing this because I recently got a new gaming PC and have been facing problems where my system powers off or blue screens during both racing simulations and regular games. After checking the event log, it shows a Kernel-Power Event ID of 41, which gives me no clear direction on how to resolve this issue. A few things stand out: I recently replaced an old SSD, but I’m unsure if that’s related since nothing else has changed since the purchase.
Forgot to note these details: Ryzen 7600x with 32GB DDR5 RAM at 6400MHz (XMP enabled) on Corsair, 1TB NVMe SSD, 2TB old SSD, 5070TI 850W PSU, M.S. Electronics B650 Gaming X AX motherboard, and I'm using Windows 11.
6400Mhz is too high for the Ryzen 7000. Disable XMP and check again. If the problem persists, replace your old SSD and verify the issue. It's 2AM, so I might not respond right away.
