Avoid everything else and just use a USB stick to install Windows 10.

You have the option to reset everything and start fresh, which may erase all your files and could prevent you from resolving the problem. You can bypass most of the steps I outlined and just check if an older version of Windows functions properly on a backup drive before proceeding. The decision is yours and depends on how important your data is in this partially working Windows 11 setup. (Make sure to disconnect the main drive before connecting the spare one just in case) And avoid installing any non-commercial Windows 10 versions—enterprise editions are modified versions of Windows that might cause issues.

I've learned about a potential reason for the problems and tried it out for a week before taking this step. I haven't fixed it yet, but I didn't install the drivers for my main monitor and then overclocked it to 170 as recommended. It seems to be working fine so far without crashes, though I'm not entirely sure.
