Hey there, I saw your issue and thought of a few possibilities. It sounds like your PC struggles with overheating during gaming, even though temps stay within normal ranges. Your GPUs are running at high temps—71.9°C on the 7800X3D and 68°C on the 7900XTX—with junction temps reaching 84°C. The Ak360 reports 70°C, but that doesn’t seem enough to trigger a shutdown. You mentioned using a 1000W EVGA G7 power supply with updated BIOS and drivers. Maybe check if the cooling fans are working properly or if there’s dust buildup. Also, ensure your case isn’t too tight and consider improving airflow. If the problem persists, a thermal paste refresh or a hardware inspection could help.

I tested Cinebench 20 and reached a peak of 72 degrees without freezing. It appears the consistent factor is the CPU reaching over 70 degrees during freezing.

No, I'm not overclocking the GPU or CPU.

I reviewed the case and placed a fan near it, which kept the temperature below 65 and operated smoothly throughout the night. There was just one incident since then.
