Game crashes and BSOD during editing mode indicate GPU issues.
I thought it might be related to the GPU. I tested my PC with an older 650 Ti and it worked fine. I’m unsure what’s causing the issue but it seems to affect my GPU. It could also be a problem with the power supply unit or something else. Since the 650 Ti uses less power than a 2080 Ti, maybe it’s not the voltage issue. About two days ago, my PC would crash, restart, or show screen tears and loss of signal before shutting down. The monitor would flicker or display BSOD occasionally. This happens every time I launch a game, like World of Warcraft, usually after a short delay. I haven’t tried anything else except checking the GPU connections, reseating it, and cleaning up my system. I’ve kept my personal files, updated drivers and Windows, run memory tests, but found no problems. I’m not very experienced with hardware troubleshooting, so I suspect a physical component fault rather than a software glitch. I don’t have another machine to test the GPU on, and I don’t want to buy new parts without knowing exactly what’s wrong. I can do other things besides gaming. Temperatures are normal.
