Game crash immediately during Far Cry 4 playthrough.

I've recently built my pc and have been gaming happily on it so i decided to buy Far Cry 4, but now i'm not such a happy camper. Far Cry 4 will pull up a black screen and after a couple of seconds stop responding. Is anyone else having this problem? I've verified install and everything is fine. If you guys could halp me out or just confirm that i wasted $50 i would appreciate it. Here is my build. Wow there! You're really glad, but I bet Uplay should have a return option. Just got FC4 yesterday.

Yes, the developers never altered it in the console versions where it must rely on the third core. With a dual-core processor, it doesn’t know how to utilize any of the cores, which causes crashes.

I believed there exists an unofficial modification or patch that activates dual-core processing in FC4.
