Hey everyone 😟 A few hours ago I could play PUBG perfectly fine, but today suddenly the sound stops for a while then starts again at different times (like 3-10 seconds or 10-20 seconds). This only happens in PUBG and it started right when I clicked on the main menu. I turned off my game settings, stopped using plugins in Equalizer-APO, even completely shut down APO because it's just running for the microphone now. Also, I checked Steam for errors and found none. I also tried turning off virtual surround but that didn't work either. Even without OBS, I'm still getting this cut-off when I play. It's actually "heard" in my stream too. What could be up here? Any other ideas? 😥

Have you tried checking Device Manager, Sound, Video, and Game Controllers for any updates on your audio drivers?

Thanks for your help, but I fixed it myself! If you face similar trouble later, check my solution below. A system reset didn't help either. So I think it might be related to Ryzen Master and PBO. Since those programs mess up settings and BIOS stuff too, I took them out. Then I also unplugged the hard drive because of its old power supply (only 400W), which makes me unsure if just the settings or the PSU limit caused the issue. Have a great day! 😛
