Hello! I’m looking for drivers for the Galaxy S8 to run a 64-bit Linux desktop. Any suggestions for compatible devices or software? Also, how can I properly acknowledge my comments?

I'm not sure what you mean by "connect your phone." If you're asking about Linux drivers for phones, the answer is yes. But if you want to install Linux on a phone, it's unlikely. A Pine Phone would be a practical choice, though it won't handle mobile apps well or match high-end devices like the Galaxy S8. It's similar to a mid-range Android without much app support. Linux phones are more suited for testing and may have bugs. If you're curious, Ubuntu Touch offers some options—check the list here: https://devices.ubuntu-touch.io. Keep expectations realistic if you're experimenting.

I set up Ubuntu across multiple devices by using Termux and the Termux API. I then added a lightweight Ubuntu ISO that runs without a graphical interface, launching it via QEMU.
