Hi Guys.
I have a Gigabyte 970a-UD3 motherboard and an AMD Athlon II X4 645 CPU.
The issue is that in the BIOS the CPU clock ratio is at 15.50, but I can only lower it, not raise it.
It should be between 4.00 and 15.50.
Any solution for this?
Thank you and sorry for my english.

Your CPU has a fixed multiplier setting. It can be adjusted downwards, but not raised. If this is the case...

I believe it was unlocked. What steps can I take to increase its speed?

It seems it was unlocked already. To try overclocking, you should raise the base clock speed because the multiplier is fixed. Keep in mind that other components like RAM and the H-bus also depend on this speed. Expect only a few hundred MHz extra beyond the original with the Athlon II X4. Most systems don’t perform well as an OC. You might need a better cooler to see significant gains. Search for "overclocking the athlon ii x4 645" for more advice.
