They wouldn’t increase their costs since demand is real. If the market is in a developing region, few would purchase it, making G2A’s role more supportive. Raising prices would limit sales, which isn’t ideal. I don’t really understand your reasoning.

You're aware that most folks aren't interested in buying these games, are you? It's perfectly fine to resell keys that were legally obtained. The real issue is with copies made using stolen payment methods, which hasn't occurred recently. I mostly purchase games through G2A now. I mainly buy AAA titles or older games so developers don't profit from the sale, just on Steam. I avoid indie games there because I want to support the creators, even if it means a loss for EA or Activision if they don't make any money.
