I just voided my Far Cry 4 pre-order from G2A—not because I’m being tough on Ubisoft, but I’ll get it for free with my new GTX980—and the refund showed up right away on my PayPal. It took roughly ten minutes from start to finish: online chat, speaking with a rep (who seemed to speak English), and processing the refund.

Purchased 18 games plus a Windows 8.1 copy, no issues at all. Just double-check that you only use G2A Shield and source from highly-rated sellers.
