You’ve received some items from G2A.com before, everything went smoothly. Recently, you bought Xbox Live Gold and the payment is still showing “Processing,” which usually takes up to 40 minutes. It’s been over 40 minutes now, and I’m not sure what to do. You’ve been waiting in the Live support queue for about an hour too. Since you paid via PayPal, should you request a refund or follow another process?
