Support via live chat was extremely poor. They informed me about a refund for G2A Shield after canceling, but then left without further explanation and it took weeks before anything arrived. The live chat experience is largely unhelpful—it feels like a repetitive FAQ session. My purchases were mixed: some games under $1 worked fine, while others over $15 caused issues. A friend bought a $10 game that didn’t work, and both of us faced problems with incomplete redeem links requiring tickets. My redemption code was already used, so I had to wait a week for a refund. Overall, it was a frustrating process. I’d prefer buying from SteamGifts or other trusted retailers.

I've had a great chance with the purchases. I bought three Windows 8.1 keys, but only one didn't work. I also got Shield protection from G2A, and they sent me a new key that functioned perfectly. Think about it—common sense tells me to be cautious. If the game is six months or newer, you should be fine. Just my opinion.
