CPU model is Fx-8350, running at 1.45v. Trying a 4.3ghz frequency. Board is Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. GA-970-Gaming SLI-CF. BIOS version F1. Cooler is Corsair H60 exhaust positioned over the rear of the case.

Adjusted BIOS settings:
Turbo: off
Cool and Quiet: off
Load Line Calibration: Extreme
C6 states: off
No other changes except multipliers.

During overclocking with applications like Cinebench R15, the CPU frequently drops from around 4.3ghz to about 1.4ghz every few seconds, then rebounds. Core voltage falls below 1.0v and then rises back to 1.45v-1.52v thanks to the LLC Extreme feature. Temperatures stay under 57°C, indicating no thermal throttling. It seems a power-saving setting might be missing or insufficient airflow is reaching the VRMs, possibly due to an oversight mentioned in another discussion.

Edit: Tried disabling C6 but still experienced throttling. Added cooling notes.

When testing it, it's ideal to disable Turbo and all power-saving features such as C-states and C&Q.
