I have a FX 8350 and GTX 1080 on my rig. After installing a CPU water cooler, I started playing Metro 2033 Redux. While doing so, hardware monitor was running on another screen. I saw the 1080 at 75°C and the CPU at 30°C. Everything was working fine. I'm wondering if this CPU bottleneck exists and whether overclocking would help given the low temperatures. Or should I consider upgrading to a Ryzen 7 or i7 to match the 1080?

What I've noticed online is that the Ryzen 3 1200 outperforms the FX 8350.
The Ryzen 3 1200 can cause a bottleneck with a GTX 1080.
Thus, the FX 8350 will also face a bottleneck from that GPU.
