I'm just starting out but I'm at my limit. My 8320 is stuck at 1.4GHz with a 7x boost, and everything from the task manager, CPU-Z, and hardware monitor confirms it. I've disabled all power-saving features, temperatures are normal, I updated the BIOS, and even adjusted voltages and multiplier manually to stock settings, but nothing has improved. In Windows, my CPU is also at 100%, so it's not that issue. I've tried OC software like AMD Overdrive, but changing the multiplier doesn't help either. I really need some assistance here—any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the update! The multiplier in BIOS remains at 18x with a target speed of 3.5GHz, and even when load is at 100%, it doesn't increase. Changing the bus speed causes the clock to rise. I adjusted it to 2.4GHz.
