I have successfully overclocked my FX-6350 to 4.9ghz @1.58v for stability in BIOS, but when trying to boot Windows it displays the Windows logo and loading icon, then freezes and crashes. I've adjusted voltage and speed settings without improvement. Could you suggest a solution?

The OC is too high for that configuration, and the voltage is really excessive.

The OC is quite high for this configuration, and the voltage is unusually high. It was the smallest setting that gave stability. What size OC would you consider trying next?

If it only gets into the BIOS, it's far from stable.

Safe stable voltage is significantly lower than 1.58v. I'm uncertain about AMD but I prefer to stay under 1.4v.

So that's the nearest you came to stable at 4.9Ghz. You went all the way from +0.01 to there, so what would you suggest you do next?

This was the nearest result I achieved at 4.9Ghz. It went from +0.01 to the target. What suggestions do you have? Please read the previous discussions!
