Hi everyone.
Today I installed a Hyper 212 EVO into my PC and started overclocking my FX 6300 on an MSI 970 gaming board. I adjusted the BIOS settings, set the multiplier to 21.5 (4.3 GHz), raised the CPU voltage to +.36 (1.4 V), lowered the CPU-NB voltage to 1.23 V, and disabled Turbo Core Technology. After restarting, I heard the fan was very loud, so I re-entered BIOS and found the processor at 1.7 V at 33℃ when idle. In a hurry, I switched the CPU voltage to auto and lowered it to -.32 (lowest setting), hoping that would reduce both temperature and voltage. After another restart, the boot screen didn’t appear and the fan remained extremely noisy. Help needed!

The fan appears to be operating at standard speeds, yet nothing is being shown on the screen.

I recall encountering comparable problems when overclocking my FX-6300, even with an ASRock motherboard. My apologies, as my understanding is quite limited. It seems it would not boot for a while, then reset some settings and automatically return to the BIOS. Perhaps giving it a few minutes to try again could help?
