Hi! I'm checking the recommended safe voltage for the VRMs and CPU.
With the multiplier at 4200MHz and 1.388 CPU voltage, is that too high for your board?
The core voltage only reaches 1.328 (p95) which is lower than what's in BIOS—should that be acceptable?
If you're aiming not to exceed 1.35 and 1.4 as the BIOS sets, but only get 1.35, is that still okay?
Also, with heatsinks on your M-board for the VRMs, it seems 1.388 should be stable at around 4.2GHz.

It's not a bad board and a 6-core setup works well for overclocking.
What you're observing is voltage droop under stress.
If you can complete a stable 100% stress test at those settings, it's not a major concern.
However, usually you should lower the base voltage and adjust the LLC level (load line calibration) in BIOS.
In short, stability isn't the only factor here.

I don't see an LLC option listed in your bios, do you think? Maybe it's under another name?

Merged version of the text:
The question asks about the voltage requirements for FX 6200 & 970M Pro3 MB CPUs, specifically whether 1.3V is safe for NB voltage and if a 200MHz clock would affect the system. It also inquires about the impact of lower clock speeds.
