Check the issue by watching the video you shared. Even at high FPS it still causes lag. Your system specs are listed, but you’re replacing the RAM to 960 GB in two days. Make sure the OC process is complete and stable. Also, confirm the CPU is running at default settings—otherwise it might affect stability.

Check the processor load. This machine, when its CPU reaches full capacity, shows issues similar to what you're seeing (it ran Prime95+Unigine Valley).

Completed and it doesn't resemble screen tearing, more akin to rubber banding.

Reviewed the readings during a temperature check—CPU usage hovered near 70%, with peak temperatures across all four cores at 60°C, and GPU temps sitting at 68°C.
