I received a new Ryzen 5 2600, Asrock B450M Steel, and G skill ripjaw 16 GB RAM sticks for Christmas. I upgraded my PC by replacing the old hard drive, disk drive, power supply, and GTX 970. I'm still using Windows 7, which I previously downloaded. The system boots normally in BIOS until the Windows logo appears. I recognize both USB drives and my keyboard/mouse function through the Asrock UEFI. However, I can't access the internet because the mouse isn't responding after a Windows update. I've tested various mice and a PS/2 adapter but nothing resolved the issue.

Windows 10 requires Windows 10. The Ryzen setup doesn't support using mice or keyboards on Windows 7. I encountered the same issue last year after switching from an older processor. I've tried all possible solutions without any luck. Eventually, I moved to Windows 10.
