Hi there, I think I found a possible fix. We all had the same problem—game barely ran at 60 FPS, sometimes freezing completely. CPU usage stayed at 100%, while GPU stayed under 40%. Temperatures were normal, but the CPU was capped at around 55 watts. Recently I managed to play 144 fps in 2K during training mode. I enabled hardware virtualisation in BIOS (if you haven’t done that yet). Also, I updated my operating system to Windows 11. I’m open to trying it out and hoping it helps you too.
I decided to assemble a fresh PC. Now the game runs smoothly without any problems. I tested everything thoroughly. It seems the previous driver might have been replaced during the reinstall, changing its behavior. I couldn’t pinpoint the exact issue. Also, after applying some updates, the game became more CPU-intensive, likely due to anti-cheat layers. Sorry, this title was originally built for older hardware.
