I refreshed my profile and now I have a display I can press N to navigate through. I own a B550F Asus ROG motherboard.

Take a moment to adjust your psychic abilities to interpret what appears on the screen. It seems the message suggests pressing N to start the boot and reset the fTPM keys. Are you running BitLocker? Does your storage device have encryption enabled? If not, follow whatever instruction it provides.

You can keep using Windows by pressing N, though it might be frustrating. Is there a method to eliminate that issue?

You select Y instead. Please confirm your BitLocker is active and the drive is encrypted. If yes, press N and ensure your recovery keys are prepared and stored securely. Pressing Y will reset the FTPM and make data on the drive unrecoverable without those keys. If the drive isn’t encrypted, there’s no issue with pressing Y.
