It's unusual that the value falls between 100 ms to 500 ms, as mine started every time and only random reboots occurred. From what I understand, if it's under 100 or 0, the PC won't start, but mine does.

you probably are right, but because the new PSU got installed deep inside my PC, the error messages and sudden restarts didn't show up. i was able to acquire two testers from Thermaltake and a Delock Power Supply Tester III.

the Thermaltake Dr power III reports failure on PG and no value, while the Delock Power Supply Tester III displays 320 on the PG which matches the specifications but fails at +12V2 indicating LL

I know about the Thermaltake model, saw this earlier...
This alternative one hasn't crossed my mind before. I'd probably choose Thermaltake over it.
