Which option is superior between DeepCool Frostwin V2 and ThermalRight True Spirit 120M (BW) Rev.A? I’m looking to slightly overclock my 6600K and both seem to have similar prices. Please advise.

Exceptional Compatibility
No RAM conflicts
Emphasizing broad compatibility, the H7 features an asymmetric slanted heatpipe design that keeps the heatsink away from the RAM area, ensuring ideal performance.

So if you're curious about the temperatures, on a 6700K stock frequency I'm seeing around 60c in prime 95 v28.4 after roughly 5 minutes of testing at 24c ambient. This is using the Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut on a bare die. The cooler has a nickel plating and the pressure system works well for direct die pressure. A solid choice for those building affordable Micro/Mini boards.
