Hi, my ISP gave me a Fritz 7430 router, but I’m facing issues with adding or changing port configurations. I’ve contacted them and they said everything is fine. I’ve checked if port forwarding works with another device, and it does, but I can’t connect to another router because I need their help if I require assistance from my ISP. Also, some ports that were open before are now blocked by others—not an IP problem since I always use static IPs for devices needing ports. In the photo, the router displays an error code 1 (it says “Wireless Phone error”), but I don’t have any phone connected. Thanks. PS: I’m not trying to access ports that are already forwarded to other devices; they’re completely new.
