I’m close to completing this setup at https://pcpartpicker.com/list/LZkPRv. Once connected and powered on, all lights illuminate and the CPU fan starts but others remain off. On the motherboard’s underside, two red LEDs light up for the CPU and RAM (refer to the manual), which should turn off after roughly four minutes of booting. However, I’ve waited longer than ten minutes. Additionally, the monitor I’m using doesn’t detect any GPU signal, even though it’s the same model as my other PC.
