In short, I ordered a PC from Build Redux and FedEx delivered it quickly despite some rough handling. My box got damaged, and the RAM came out of its slot, shaking inside the case. I reinserted the RAM and began downloading apps and games. I’m seeing high idle temperatures now. Here are my details: i9 13900k, RTX 4070 Ti, ASUS Z690 motherboard, CM Master Liquid ML360 AIO, CMD TD500 RGB case, 850W ATX 80 Plus Gold, 32GB DDR4 dual channel, and a 1TB NVMe M.2 drive. When I run games like Insurgency Sandstorm at high settings, my temps throttle. I’ll share idle readings first, then after gaming sessions. The gaming temps are recorded after about 15 minutes; longer play causes more throttling. The case has only four fans—one in the back and three on the radiator. The rear fan feels like it’s just blowing air.
