Sure, I can help with that. You mentioned you were playing a game and it suddenly closed on your desktop. After clicking the game icon in the taskbar, it restarted without closing. Over the past couple of days it’s been running for no apparent reason. Today, when it happened, a box opened and closed briefly on your screen. Could you tell me more about what you see or any patterns? This might help identify the cause.

Use the fullscreen windowed option as a temporary fix instead of a permanent fix. The real answer is to identify the issue and either address it directly or stop unwanted alerts.

It was simpler to explain about the second one—what I noticed was just a white box, and it stayed visible for only about one frame.

Use OBS to capture your screen. Open Task Manager and inspect running tasks to identify the process. (Search for files like abcdProgramUpdater.exe). Verify notification preferences? (Ensure mail settings are current, check expiration dates, etc.)
