Hey guys, for the last one or two months I'm having trouble stutters in games here is a video showing what it looks like usually they are smaller but they happen way too often my specs include an i5-7500 processor and an AORUS RX 580 with 8GB of RAM running dual-channel at 1066MHz from an ASRock motherboard, a Corsair power supply, and an MX500 SSD. I added this SSD about a year ago but still have my old Toshiba hard drive plugged in just in case it causes the problem. My computer case is a SilentiumPC Gladius M35. I've been checking everything for a while: reinstalling Windows 10, updating the BIOS, turning off Xbox Game mode and DVR settings, making sure both power plans are set correctly, running OCCT to stress test the CPU for two hours with no errors, testing both RAM sticks in memtest86 until they pass, cleaning drivers and reinstalling everything with DDU while in safe boot, and even switching on high-precision event timers. The temperatures from my HWINFO software look normal, and even adjusting performance settings in games didn't make the stutter go away. I bought this computer back over four years ago but I really want to keep using it smoothly for about six or eight months before buying something new next year because I can afford replacing one thing now instead of the whole system. I don't play super intense games like racing sims, mostly League of Legends, Path of Exile, Valorant, and sometimes Witcher 3. The competitive titles are the ones that stutter badly, but my casual ones run okay. I'm really confused by this problem and honestly can't remember when it started first. Please help me figure out what's causing all these stutters. Thanks!
