I recently increased my i5-6600K's clock speed to 4.4 GHz by adjusting just the ratio and am checking for stability, since I've noticed games crashing after the change. I thought the graphics workload was the main issue, but since nothing else has changed, I suspect the CPU might be the problem. How can I test the CPU without a second screen while playing games? I’m confident my temperatures stay under 50°C when running Cinebench, but is there a more effective (free) stress test available? Additionally, are there other factors that could be leading to system freezes?

Navigate to the CPU voltage settings and consider applying a positive offset of +0.075 to the voltage.
