Disable full screen optimization via right-click, properties, compatibility, and prioritize CS2 in Task Manager. It’s uncertain if this will resolve the issue. Previously, I faced low FPS in Minecraft with full screen and random freezes until adjusting these settings. Since it’s the only game, the problem likely lies with the game or its settings rather than your GPU drivers.
