Hello, we're evaluating a wireless mesh combo and considering Freemesh Wireless as a potential alternative to the Google mesh satellite devices. I'm uncertain due to limited reviews available and possible lack of detailed information. Could someone share insights or let me know if this product is comparable to other options?

Consider Netgear Orbi, Ubiquiti Amplifi or other reputable options outside the less trustworthy brands. They offer solid user bases and positive reviews. The OpenWRT platform works well with their hardware, providing pre-flashed routers that are slightly set up. If you prefer, you could choose a known reliable vendor like Netgear for better support or build your own using OpenWRT. I noticed they advertise open source but didn’t find a direct link to their source code—however, searching online made it easy to verify via GitHub.
