Net 4.6 on Windows 10 Vegas might not be understood—you’ll need to make Vegas believe you have version 4.5. This approach was used for another project too.

You look up .net 4.6 in the registry, modify it to 4.5, and after installing Vegas, revert those registry changes back to 4.6.

Open the Control Panel. Press Win+R, type "control", select Programs & Features, then enable Windows Features. Check the .NET 4.6 Advanced Services box and click OK.
