It removes all the outdated GPU driver versions you choose, and once done, you only have to reinstall the drivers again.

I performed a user benchmark test once more and observed frames dropping at the start of the game benchmark. The issue occurs consistently across all games.

Sure, we don't rely on Userbenchmark. Check the benchmarks specific to that game instead of the ones from UB. You should see your system working properly.

It seems the performance was normal when I wasn't upgrading the graphics card or adjusting settings. After installing a new card and setting everything to low, the issue persisted. The DDU test showed similar results.
