Recently I've noticed decreasing FPS and overall low performance. Others I know with less powerful systems don't experience these issues, except in CS GO. I've adjusted the resolution and settings but still maintain the same frame rate. What's happening? Have you seen similar problems on other forums?

Consider thermal throttling. Monitor CPU and GPU temperatures during gameplay and share the findings.

However, I continue to experience a low frame rate even after playing multiple games... the first one I tried runs at around 10 minutes and 30 minutes without any change.

Adjust the fps_max value to 0 in the console and test the results. Modifying the power settings in Windows could also be beneficial. Your current version is Win 8.1, which uses the balanced configuration by default. Switching to performance should help improve settings.

Check for malware in your system. Execute adwCleaner to eliminate any threats it detects.
