I haven't checked the specifics, but many Mass Effect titles support higher refresh rates. A second monitor could definitely enhance your experience if you're aiming for 60Hz or 144Hz.

The games don’t have any limits. They run smoothly at 144Hz and above unless your system is a Pentium.

I think it could be Skyrim. I haven't run into any problems playing ME3 at around 120Hz.
